Vicki Taylor
Artistic Director
Vicki Taylor has served as Artistic Director of the Jubilate Chorale since 2007. She currently holds the positions of Director of Music Ministries and organist at Ascension Lutheran Church in Waukesha, WI. She has taught choral music at both public and private schools, including a 25 year tenure at The University Lake School in Delafield. Choirs under her direction have previously performed in New York, London and Canterbury, England, as well as throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Ms. Taylor earned her undergraduate degree from the Lawrence University Conservatory of Music, and has completed graduate courses at Westminster Choir College.
Rebecca Whelpley
Accompanist
Rebecca Whelpley is the accompanist for the Jubilate Chorale as well as the Director of Music/Organist at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Brookfield, WI. In addition to teaching private organ and piano, she performs regularly in the area.
Ms. Whelpley received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organ Performance and Church Music from Carthage College, Kenosha, WI and her Master of Arts degree in Organ Performance at the University of Iowa. She and her husband are parents to three teenage young adults.
